When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, and any phone number, company name and message you choose to enter. Our web server also records standard technical information for every visit — IP address, browser type and the pages requested — which is normal for any website and is used to keep the site running and secure.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to actual client work are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and afterwards only where we are required to keep them, such as for tax and accounting purposes.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request within thirty days. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled in future, this page will be updated to say exactly what is collected before it goes live.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser in order to serve them. We link to no other third-party services from this site.

If this policy changes we will update the date below. Material changes affecting how we handle enquiry data will be described here rather than made quietly.
